Kind Words
This is a message for those folks who might be considering taking Chris’s seminar, but are not sure yet. My recommendation is: go ahead and do it! I know this statement might make me sound like a cheerleader—which is not exactly reflective of my personality—but I strongly believe that Chris is one of the most sincere, wise, and principled kundalini masters to whom you could possibly have access these days. Believe me: I speak from my own experience.
I have known Chris for almost a year now. When we met (on the web) I was in the middle of a spontaneous kundalini awakening that had started in my early 20s, and had given me enough trouble already. Problem is, being an academic - and more specifically an atheist social scientist, I had a strong resistance against faith and ritualism. It is only thanks to Chris that I managed to restore a communication channel with a sphere of experience that I had denied for most of my life, and that had been haunting me for long enough--in the true sense of the word. While I haven’t taken Chris' seminar, I have worked under his close supervision, and have achieved spectacular results. I am a transformed woman now: much more balanced, powerful, and inspired than I ever was in my messy early K days.
With Chris’ help, I have been able to explore the full potential of the K and the energetic domains that it unfolds. Thanks to his guidance, I have had extraordinary visions, have developed a direct communication channel with the divine, and have obtained healing powers that I use on myself and others. If my loyalty to Chris makes me sound cultish, it’s really too bad. If anything, my surrender to the K and the practice I developed under Chris’ guidance have helped me become sharper and more successful in my professional life (and believe me: the life of a junior faculty member at a large research university is no bed of roses!)
In summary: if you have a chance to attend one of Chris’ seminars, don’t miss it. I promise that, if you follow his instructions closely and develop a steady practice under his guidance, this will be the best investment you ever made in your life.

With a bit of grace and following some sign posts, I found my way to Chris Mitchell and his Kundalini Awakening Seminar. Three years earlier my Kundalini had activated and I found myself in a mysterious and compelling world, but a world in which I was alone. I didn't even have words to describe what I was experiencing or what was happening within me.
Meeting Chris gave me a context to further understand the event of my spiritual unfolding. He also gave me confirmation at the human level for what I intuitively knew already but still had difficulty accepting. Sharing his deep knowledge with me reassured me of the coming culmination of my spirituality and his guidance and instruction on proper practice is seeing me to that holy goal.
Thank you Chrism for having it! This was life changing, hands on, hardcore experience, like no other seminar I have ever been to. Thank you for sharing the wealth of knowledge you have with us and to take the time to work with each of us. I woke up last night (after day 2 seminar) at 2:25 AM to the presence and power of kundalini going straight up to my crown chakra and what happened next is beyond words. I thank God I went to your seminar. Meeting Chrism in person was so awsome he glows with shakti and his love for people and God is so evident. The people that attended were all so precious and special. I hope to see them all again someday! You know Chrism when I did hand mudras before the seminar I felt nothing, but now when I do hand mudras I feel my hands immediately light up with awsome, awsome power!!! It is so exciting. I think the phrase 'I know you, I love you and I always will' is gonna be stuck in my head for along, long time! This seminar was priceless! Namaste, Three cheers to Chrism, Anna & Krish for a very succesful Kundalini Awakening Seminar!!!I would like to give my deepest gratitude to Chrism, Anna & Krish for a very wonderful & loving Shaktipat this weekend..It is truly a celebration of love. everyone can just feel the energy & love all throughout the weekend seminar. There were 15 participants and each one recieved Shaktipat from Chrism directly! I really cannot express in words the awesome feelings of love pervading the seminar room. I am particularly blessed..double blessed for having the priviledge to attend this seminar..Chrism in person is really more loving and funny than what we see in here.I wish I could express it much better here but I'm really a little out of words plus the fact that the experience hasnt really sunk in yet, being just full of grace right now! Dear Chrism, yesterday after the shaktipat you gave me...i did not feel anything immediately...after a few minutes meditating besides craig p. i could feel the heat building up in my base chakra and it started spreading up all over my torso area..today, i could feel my heart expanding radiating love towards all creatures...i feel i just want to reach out and manifest the love of the K to everyone. when i felt this love it flash in my mind the moment when i touched your chest during shaktipat..i really could not put in words the gratitude i feel by witnessing the effort you do in your service, the love that you pour out to each participant the gentle care in planting the seed of the Kundalini, the igniting of the holy fire within..what bliss and grace that we so fortunately witnessed in the seminar..Thank you thank you thank you..to you, to Shakti..to Kundalini Ma... Thank you Chrism for giving the Shaktipat seminar in Los Angeles. It was a great joy to meet with you and also to meet the other participants. I felt really blessed for being able to attend and receiving shaktipat from you. You are a great vessel for Shakti which pours out of you.
